schools rough. but i'm doin it.
ochem test went really well.
thanks to all who helped me study, nida sharen chanman. couldn't have done it w/o u guys.
bio went ok too. eh maybe.
fucked up my absa interview. oh well more time for pre-med classes.
one of my biolab partners is a moron. we left him in charge of retrieving our bacteria from the incubator and putting it back in. THAT IS ALL. i was like make sure u remember where to put it. HE GOT IT MIXED UP WITH ANOTHER GROUP's. and we totally got our experiments fucked up. ONE SIMPLE REMEDIAL TASK. which is more than he did in our last lab. oh well. i rock with a microscope.
goin campin tomorrow with absa whoot. should be a grand ol time.
i miss some of you guys =)

You Forgot it in People
broken social scene didn't dissapoint. well for the most part.
Music was awesome. up to 15 people on the stage having fun jammin. it reminded of me when huggermuggers when we were alive and we'd go to dixie's to jam. except we ate bagle bites instead of jam usually, and we weren't anywhere near this good. bss started off sloppy but they quickly gelled and they were jammin. Last stop of a two year tour they said. Alissa, Kristy, and I were like 2nd row, until Kristy left to go to the bathroom with her sister. it was really intimate, theres no way it would have been this awesome at acl, or coachella, or even from the back of the parish. from singers and band members staring right at you during songs, kissing you, putting their mic down so we can all sing together... crowd was feeling them for the whole 2 hour set. thats One thing that made it better than the other night, cause it was mostly pat , some random guy, and i feelin explosions. First song was fun, i'm your fag, they were jammin and then the horns enter from the 4th row so they are right behind us. twas badass. the girl likes to show her cleavage, which i found as kind of really odd. anthems of a seventeen year old girl was the crowd pleaser :D. lover's spit was 2nd to last and there was no piano :o(. still good though. they played almost everything offa you forgot it in people, with some things they said we wouldn't know. they endorsed explosions pretty hard too, cant blame them for lovin explosions in the sky :D
i remember why they were my favorite band last semester =)
thx for alissa for going with me ;o)
thx to kristy for driving and replacing pat the studier
o saw kellyo too
things that bothered me. all non music related though :D. CD was 15 dollars! wtf! amazon.com has it for 10.99. tshirts were 20! simple design too, i would have gotten one but i wouldn't like it knowing that i was gouged. last. they told us not to vote for bush. i'm not a big bush guy, but i dont like it when people mix music + politics. just changes the focus off of the music. but the bands can do what they please, freedom of speech... UNLESS THEY ARE CANADIAN. go vote in your country. ;p
