can you tell me why you have been sooooo sad

i'm such a douche.

i lost my external so photos are gone. i should be able to recover some through previous photo sharing... there is also some sensitive information that i hope does not get used. ....

so china and stuff. china, well i'm very not enamored with china. its polluted and dries out my eyes! Everyone walks around coughing/spitting phlegm. I didnt udnerstand until a few days later when i was all phlegmed up from the air too.

I saw all the obligatory china sites, and they were cool. a lot of beijing is under construction in order for china to impress the world come 2008 so that was unfortunate. forbidden city, square yah yah. I was also dissapointed by the food. maybe i dont know what to order or where to go but it just wasn't that great.

i loved the great wall. we hiked on it for 5 hours or so. It started to get old, but still so awesome. I liked it a lot more than i anticipated... i mean its just a wall.

xi'an was cool. don't go there for the terra cotta soldiers or you will be pretty dissapointed. its pretty modern, and just really cool. One of my favorite memories from this trip will be riding a bike all around the city wall with my friends. We rode around a city of about 5 million people. Although it was a tourist attraction, we saw maybe 10 tourists during our time up there. We stopped for ice cream, and bargained for a better price on the ice cream =).

i love train rides.

hung out with emma and her dad a lot. for someone i've only spent about 4 days of my life with, i really like her. perhaps i'll see her one day.

vn/cambodia soon!
